What you need to know about your practical driving test

After you have taken enough lessons to ensure you are a safe driver and your driving instructor thinks you are ready for your test you can book this by either calling the DSA or booking your test online.

If you don’t want the stress, we are happy to do it for you.


You will need the following information before you call:


1 – Driver’s licence number

2 - Theory Test certificate / number and date taken

3 - Your personal address details & date of birth

4 - A form of payment, either debit or credit card


If you are booking an intensive course we will have to arrange the test very close to that course week.


Your Driving instructor will take care to prepare you for your test, so that you know exactly what to expect on the day.


To pass you need 15 minors or less and no serious marks.

As it is almost impossible to stage something like this we advise you to watch this video. It will help you deal with emergency situations more easily.
