Meet your Pro-Driver Trainer

Lesley lived in Germany most of her life and was a physiotherapist before she decided to come back to England in 2002. She has been a driving instructor since then. She is specialised in intensive driving tuition and has a brilliant reputation with the examiners and a very high pass rate she is Fleet and Taxi Trainer registered and offers lessons also in German.

DID YOU KNOW that Lesley was a professional singer and worked as background vocalist in studios across Europe and that she recorded with some of the best musicians in Europe, including“The Chris de Burgh Live Band”.

As Sarah Jeen she toured the whole of Europe and was broadcast on television and radio including BFBS/Germany. Bill boarding with Errol Brown (Hot Chocolate), Jennifer Rush, Matt Bianco and Nicole, former winner of the Eurovision song contest. She also performed in front of King Gustav and Queen Sylvia of Sweden. With her band Mulberry Hawk she still performs and records today.....but only when not teaching :)

Charles has been a Professional Driver since 1994 and has been self-employed most of his life. He successfully ran his own haulage company compiling UK and European logistics covering hundreds of thousands of miles. The off road driver training facility was his concept. Charles is the brains behind PRO!

Charles has worked with local authorities delivering National Driver Improvement Courses and Driver Development Schemes. He has invaluable experience in training and assessment of both Commercial Driver Training and Psychometric Profiling. He is trained in Eco Driver Training and Enviromental Driving Issues. Charles is constantly updating his teaching methods to ensure the highest standard of instruction at all times.

He has an Award of Excellence in Road Safety. Charles is fully qualified in Skid Car Training and Assessment which includes the Understanding of Vehicle Characteristics, Under steer,Over steer and Improving Skid Car Control.

He also holds Sitting Guilds in the life long learning Sector understanding and changing behavioural patterns and uses NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques to improve his teaching capabilities understanding and changing behavioural patterns. He also holds qualifications in Improving Decision Making and Extending Coaching & Improving Leadership Skills

Always searching for new and exciting opportunities Charles enrolled at Cranfield University to develop his understanding in Older Driver & Managing human factors in driving and driver risk and coping strategies for behavioural change.He has the Diploma Fleet Trainer Gold Award and the ROSPA Advanced Driving Gold Award.

DID YOU ALSO KNOW that Charles also had the idea for the Pro-Driver Training theme tune. Which was written by Lesley’s husband Denis and performed by Mulberry Hawk.

Pro-Driver Training is pleased to support and work closely with Nicole's Driving tuition. Nicole is an excellent instructor... and the only approved driving instructor offering off road driver training in association with PRO. She is fleet registered and also offers training in Chinese. We highly recommend her Driving school.

DID YOU KNOW that Nicole used to be a show girl? As a member of The London Follies she toured with the infamous Engelbert Humberdink. She performed in many countries especially the far east where she also trained in martial arts and learned to speak mandarin. She returned to England as a martial arts trainer and coach. Trainer and coach is what she likes to do most so the switch to becoming a driving instructor wasn’t hard.....so watch out guys and girls she also holds a black belt in karate.

Pro-Driver Training is very pleased to welcome Simon Smith as the latest edition to our Pro-Driver Instructor Team. Simon has the highest awards in advanced driving and brings all the skills to teach beginners to advanced. Driving a brand new Renault Clio 2011.....nice car :)

DID YOU KNOW that Simon comes with some fantastic skills one of which is that he has just retired as a Class 1 Pursuit Police driver.......we have taken away his blue light and exchanged it for a top box :) ........slow down Simon!!
